When I started my transformation, small was all I could handle, so that’s what I did. I changed very little things, one thing at a time. Over time these small changes turned into habits, these habits changed my lifestyle, my healthier lifestyle changed my mind and my mind ultimately changed my body and my life.

Start small. For me I just added water to start.
