The truth about weight release, diets and fat loss


You know if you don’t look for it…you probably won’t see it.

As I transformed my body and melted off over 100lbs I came to the realization that we simply could not change that which we are not aware of (Simple Truth #2).

This came to mean many things for me but one of which was to become aware of what I was eating.I would mindlessly sit on the couch watching TV while snacking on whatever I could get my hands on (not a good habit) without paying any attention or having any awareness as to exactly how much I actually ate.  Or…I would grab a little bite of this here and a little bite of that there or a soda or something and not really take it in to my conscious awareness that I even at it, that is, until I started writing it all down.

I have a theory that simply writing down what it is that you are eating would cut down on overeating by at least a third.

Simple enough and easy too. That’s what I’m talking about.

Start small and add a little every now and then.
