Like you’re about to lose it all?
Like you’ve pushed it to the limit and at any moment you could break?
Well, that just may be a good sign. You see quite often when we are stretching beyond our comfort zone and trying new things we may feel a little out of control, like things are moving a little too fast. It always helps me to remember the motorcyclist who’s pulling through a hard turn…don’t slow down. Just hammer it and keep on going and that bike will straighten right up and keep on going.
You can too. Remember if you find yourself here, you probably have momentum and that’s a good thing.
Whether you’ve started a new exercise program, a new way of eating, a new job, or any new endeavor or habit, just remember that when you find yourself closest to the edge, you’re often closest to a breakthrough.
