I believe there comes a time in everyone’s life when they become unclear on what to do next or where to begin or how to get what you want. I think what even more people question is, “What do I want?” And though these questions have been pondered by nearly everyone that has walked the earth, even to this day and age, with all the information at our fingertips and vast knowledge available to us, it would seem we are no closer to these answers than we’ve ever been.
There is a simple answer.
Listen to your heart. How? Get quiet. Meditation is an excellent way to quiet your mind and eliminate the overstimulation that we are constantly bombarded with. There is a true nature inside of you that holds all the wisdom you’ll ever need. Once in this quiet state, you can ask whatever questions you have. The more you practice this the more clear it will become and you will find the answers you seek.
Quite often we edge out this inner voice and stifle it with information, stimulation, food, drugs, alcohol, and a number of other ways to avoid connecting with our inner self. When we do connect, we begin to work with the Law of Attraction to attract what we desire into our experience. Weight loss becomes weight release and you can enjoy the process.
Remember, the answers to the “hard” questions are not out there, they’re inside you.
