The truth about weight release, diets and fat loss

Practice, Practice, Practice

These kids are amazing.  It goes to show what we are capable if we stick to something.  When I started my journey of weight release, I was not very good at making all the right choices and I didn’t exercise all that much.  I actually only did a couple of things right, but it was enough to get me to the next level and the next and the next until I had come a very long way.

The things that once seemed difficult to me, now seem quite simple, but you have to work at it and practice.  Eating right and exercising is a skill and like any other skill, it grows stronger with use.

So never give up and you will reach all of your goals, physical or otherwise.

Neal, the video was amazing. Right now I am training for the National Masters Swim Meet at Georgia Tech in May 2010. I’ll be swimming 3 events in the 75-79 year old age group. It has been a blast to get some coaching on my strokes. I can see the improvement, but I still have a way to go.
